Hijabs

Due to the delicacy of hijabs and for hygiene reasons, all hijabs are final sale.

This means:

  • No returns

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

We kindly ask that you review product details and images carefully before purchasing.

 

Modest Clothing

We are happy to offer exchanges only on modest clothing items under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same item only

  • The requested size or color must be in stock at the time of the exchange request

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

Please note:

  • Refunds are not offered on clothing items

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange

 

Condition of Returned Items

All items returned for exchange are carefully inspected upon arrival.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors (including perfume or deodorant), makeup marks, or damage

  • With original tags attached

If an item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been worn, washed, altered, or used, we reserve the right to decline the exchange. In such cases:

  • The item will be sent back to the customer

  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

 

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels 

 

How to Request For an Exchange

To request an exchange, please reach out to us through our [Contact Us] page within 14 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The size or color you would like instead
