Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Canada

 

  • Standard Shipping:

     

    • $10 on orders under $150

    • Free shipping on orders over $150

     

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

 

United States

 

  • Standard Shipping: $20

     

    • Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days

     

  • Express Shipping: $35

     

    • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

     

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or customs processing.

 


 

Carriers

 

We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

 


 

Tracking & Notifications

 

All orders include tracking, and customers will receive email notifications once their order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (United States Orders)

 

All U.S. orders are shipped with prepaid duties and taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).

This means:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included

  • No additional fees will be charged at delivery

  • Customers will not need to pay anything extra to receive their order

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

We take care to package all orders securely. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
